Hiatus Negroni

Made with Hiatus Reposado

1.5 oz Hiatus Tequila Reposado
1 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth
1 oz Cappelletti

Ice a mixing crystal, add Hiatus Tequila Reposado, sweet vermouth, and Italian red bitters. Stir 10-15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit twist. Photography by Gabi Porter
